Account and session records
Google sign-in supplies a verified account identifier and basic profile information. Dactelo records an internal contributor ID, account information needed for sign-in, and an expiring session. Google processes sign-in under its own privacy policy.
Contributions, consent and review
We record the versions of the terms and guidelines you accept, your submitted text or unreadable flag, the assigned source reference, and review decisions. These records support review, training, evaluation and abuse prevention.
Who can see what
Contributors can see their own submissions and cleared tasks. Authorized reviewers and administrators can access records needed for their roles. Your email is not a public contributor identifier. Source images and account records are not public downloads.
Requests and retention
Contact us to request access, correction, account closure or removal of a contribution. Include enough account information to verify ownership, but do not email source scans. We retain records needed for service operation, rights and review provenance; no fixed deletion period is promised here. Copies already released or effects on a trained model may not be fully reversible.
