Do not guess
A familiar legal phrase is not proof of what a line says. If you cannot read the material, use the unreadable flag. Follow any additional instructions shown for that campaign.
Check before sending
Compare the full transcription with the image, including names and numbers. A suggestion from a model is only a starting point. Submit only a reading you checked yourself.
